My name is Alex Ngai.

I am currently an electrical engineering student at Cornell University. I was originally interested in robotics after following the televised Battlebots competitions. With two of my friends, we created SPIRIT MK1, our first fighting robot, starting our junior year of high school. Since then, I’ve gotten more involved in robotics.

I’m interested in bio-mimetic walking, running, swimming, and flying robots, automation, and 3D bioprinting.

Cyborgs are really cool too.

    Hi Alex,

I’m a researcher at Mount Sinai in New York City. I’m working on cardiac and stem cell related bioengineering research. I’m really interested in bioprinting too, so if you’re still interested in doing some cell-related bioprinting, I’d love to get in touch.
